In case of cancellation of the stay up to 4 days before arrival at the Hotel, cancellation is free and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer.
In case of cancellation of the stay advised between 3 and 1 day prior to arrival, in case of no show or early departure, an amount equal to 100% will be charged.
